We at Cyberry IT Solutions believe in assisting all clients to the greatest extent possible, and have so crafted a considerate refund and cancellation policy. There may be instances of dissatisfied customers for a variety of reasons. In the event that clients are unhappy with our services, they are free to cancel their projects and obtain a refund. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of service renewals for continuing website promotion, website hosting, or domain registration must occur at least (seven) 7 business days before the end of the current service period.
  • Requests received later than (seven) 7 business days before the end of the current service period will result in the cancellation of services for the following service period.
  • No cancellations will be accepted for services supplied on promotional offers/special occasions/discount periods by Cyberry IT Solutions. Since these are limited-time specials, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Moreover, Cyberry IT Solutions maintains the right to terminate your account at any time without notice or return.

Refund Policy

  • We shall strive to provide clients with services of the highest quality.
  • If a client is not entirely happy with our services, we are able to issue a refund. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and reimbursed to your account.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the same Bank account for Payment Gateway transactions.
  • Domain Registration, Domain Transfer, and other domain services are non-refundable. Once you acquire a Domain Name, you become its owner, and it cannot be "returned" until the domain's term has ended.
  • Only accounts for the first time are eligible for a refund. For instance, you will not be entitled to a refund if you previously had an account with us, cancelled it, signed up again, or started a second account with us.
  • There are no returns on purchases of dedicated servers, administrative fees, special software installation fees, or domain names. After the initial 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee period, refund requests for shared and reseller accounts will be issued prorated for unused time.
  • As taxes are deposited directly at the end of each month, we cannot refund them; however, reclaiming them directly from the government may be possible.
